The food menu disappointing. The lady on our roulette table didn’t give us enough time to allow us to put our chips on. Not a friendly atmosphere compared to other grosvenor casinos. Such a shame. I stayed at the Hyatt for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. Overall it's a decent hotel. It's pretty well-located; a bit of a walk from New Street S
