The food menu disappointing. The lady on our roulette table didn’t give us enough time to allow us to put our chips on. Not a friendly atmosphere compared to other grosvenor casinos. Such a shame.
I stayed at the Hyatt for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. Overall it's a decent hotel. It's pretty well-located; a bit of a walk from New Street Station, but it's very convenient for a lot of the major attractions in the city. Staff at check-in were really welcoming. I did spend quite a lot of time during my stay waiting for lifts, which I Edimburgo slots guess is just a downside of it being a big, high-rise hotel with lots of guests. The room was very spacious, albeit a bit dated (especially the bathroom). What really bothered me was that I'd paid Em excesso for an upper-floor room to get views of the city, but the windows were FILTHY.
I booked the Hyatt for my wife's birthday. The room on the 21st floor was fantastic with great views over Birmingham. Bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom very tidy.

The hotel staff can be slightly blunt, when asking why I have yet to receive my £quarenta deposit back, I was told it takes 5-7 days and if it exceeds this time period assume it is being taken for damages. We did not cause any damages, the room was left how it was found. I am upset with this and I’m considering whether I will be booking this hotel again.
A very famous cricket ground with plenty of epic games to remember. The staff are very diverse so felt comfortable attending an Ashes test. Seats are not the most comfortable ones.
Hotel was lovely and the service was amazing for the most part Only stayed for one night but soon after arrival I informed front desk that my window was smudged and stained from top to bottom however they assured me someone would come and clean it within 24 hours.
Went to watch the AJ boxing match.. good atmosphere and the hostess with blonde hair was terrific!!! And the food we ordered was amazing, tasted great and brilliant value for money!! The only ????????would be the service at the main bar.
Movie had started so found seats in the dark and watched. Within an hour the movie was over!! We checked our tickets and had been put onto the 17.30 showing. Management were very accommodating and refunded our tickets and the part of the film we saw was very good. Looking forward to watching in full sometime ????

The Chinese restaurant in the casino is horrendous. We ordered beef and lamb for hotpot but it’s not really look fresh as there’re some black spots on it.
